New Service

To establish water, sewer & trash service, please visit City Hall Monday through Friday:

  • Same Day Service 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Next Day Service 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Bring Valid Photo ID, Phone Number, Address and & Service Deposit ( $50 homeowners; $150 renters)
Any customers with outstanding bills from a previous Savannah address must pay in full before new services will be established.

Utility Bills

Bills for Water, Wastewater and Trash disposal are mailed the first of each month, and due by the 10th. For your convenience, a night deposit is located in the front of City Hall at 402 Court. The City does offer automatic withdrawal.  If you are interested, please call City Hall, 816 324-3315 or print out this form and return to City Hall.

Bills paid after 12:01 am on the 16th of the month will be considered delinquent, and a 10% late fee will be charged. The City provides approximately one week (depending on weather and other circumstances) for customers to pay a delinquent bill. After that approximate week, the City will shut off water service. In order to reestablish service, the customer must pay the balance due on the bill, and a fee for turning services back on. The fee for same day turn on is $100. The fee for next day turn on is $50.
